i need help putting my aqua lights together

just wondering if i need a sheet of gl*****??


to cover up my tank cause the lights dont fit right on??

i have another question my lights are getting kinda hot are they supposed to do that??

Most lights do get hot except for the led lights, you will probably need fans my lights have fans build in but I have a clamp on fan that really seems to help keep the heat from effecting the tank temp. Thanks Jeremy for the fan I still use it on my lights I got from you.
