for thoses of you who came in today and saw me working on that skimmer.
i got it to work...
yep with no leaks at all.....
ok maybe 2 but i just finished sealing those up.


a good 4 hours of work really pays off

it was that octo 250 up on the top shelf.
it fell down sunday morning and broke into about 100 pecies.
for about 4 hours today I messing with it, molding acrylic, and useing a butt load of weld-on.
i peiced it all back togeather, and gave it a test run.
she aint working at not even 70% yet but i have a day off tomarrow from both jobs,so i'll have some time to figure it out.

i'll put some pics up in alittle while.

lol that sucked. I thought yall had taken it down as you knew I was coming in then jeremy grabbed part of it and I saw the damage. I ran into a plumbing hiccup anyways so I wont be able to even water test until tomorrow.

yeah that one too.
i got that one like the day after you stopped by.
i just got a small peice of acrylic and glued it to the top.

WORKS 20 times better now.

i also changed out all those elbows i had from the pump to the skimmer and put in some spa flex.

next im going to seal off the top of a 5gallon bucket to make a huge collection cup, so the smell wont be so strong.

Man, I would have needed a 6 pack and some ritalin to get that mess back together, glad you were able to salvage it.

yep im taking it back to the shop tomarrow and fireing it up.
it was to big to fit in my sump to test out, but it holds water just fine.
