MASSTards and MAASTettes,

Let the seriousness of reef keeping go for a moment and post your crazy/zany/dangerous pictures of your electrical outlets here!

Oh and... this thread is not for the "green" at heart, it's for all the electricity thugs! I won't tell CPS if you don't. :p

I have a ton of loom, go figure :D Zipties are my friend. I have plastic zip tie holds stuck to the underside of the tank to help keep wires up. There is one large drip loop for most of the wires which has saved me twice. I can't tell you how many times I have held a clamp lamp in one hand and had the other hand elbow deep in water. Brilliant! :)

There's no way I'm going to try and label the wires. I can't even count them all!

The really crazy thing is that all of that "mess" is suspended above the tank. If gravity were to take over, it would go straight down! Stay safe John.

Mess??? I worked hard to create that work of art!

Everything is above the tank in the hood. The controller even controls the plugs in the stand under the tank for the pumps and lights in the sump and fuge.

There are so many tie-wraps and screwed wire clips. It takes forever to get 1 wire out. But nothing can move.

If I had it to do all over again.....

Do it! You could picture document your experience.

Christopher :)
