andrew (secretweapons22) asked me if i would teach him how to build a sump, and i thought it would be a good opportunity for anyone who is curious to learn. andrew will be showing up at my house on Sunday, Sep. 13th, with the materials to build and we will design, cut and build a sump/fuge for his setup. anyone who would like to watch and learn is welcome - just shoot me a pm for the address if you dont know where i live. we will be getting started around 1pm and it will likely take at least 2 hours.

*disclaimer - i am doing this voluntarily and not charging him in case anyone was wondering. also, this is not a maast meeting and nothing but sump building techniques will be discussed. also, we will be out in the front yard/driveway, so if you would like to sit down, you may want to bring a chair as i dont have very many*

we will have a drink cooler of iced tea, but if you would like you are welcome to bring your own drinks/snacks.

for those of you who have attended meetings where i did this, my techniques have changed considerably as i have learned new methods, so it would still be worthwhile if you are thinking of attending.

Thank you, Ace! This was a very informative DIY session. Sorry I had to leave early. I would have loved to seen the end results.
Again, thank you very much for your time, dedication and hospitality. It was much appreciated.

It was great to meet all of you that attended!

Thanks Ace! I will try to upload the footage I got, although we left early. I sold my chiller though, so whew..... :) I left Jeremy's with that blue rim, it has a nice big spot at the top of my tank. It was nice to meet everyone, and Jack if you ever need a co-pilot let me know!!! My dad lost my log book but I had a couple hundred hours when I was 12. I miss it.
