As the title says, I will be needing a chiller. 1/3 HP would be ideal but 1/4 or 1/2 would work too. Got one for sale?

Thanks Bill. I saw that. I would rather have inline than drop in and at 500 used I am not sure it is a steal.

I found this one new on ebay. ANyone know of them? Looks good....

I have a 1/3 drop in. New in box never saw water. I have not needed to use it.
paid 539 for it. You can even get an extended warrenty on it.
Tradewind chillers.

Let me know if you are interested.

Steve, for the price, it's kind of hard to beat. However, I'd bet that his rating is WAY overstated...

I know Mike had some problems with his Tradewinds chiller - but mine has been outstanding, as have several others. It uses a Copeland compressor. Google them and call and talk to Hal. He does occasionally have one that he can sell direct (a scratch and dent). I got a 2/3 hp unit for around $600. It's a beast.

Steve, I have a 1/2 hp inline chiller that I bought used. It is 220V though. I never got around to hooking it up, since I got a good deal on a smaller one. If you want to try it out, take it see if it works for you. If you like it, I'd sell it for 250.

Sounds like a good deal. I need to ask my electrician frinds if I can get 220V out there. I will ask him to come over this weekend. Many thanks!
