what should i use ??

im cutting my 48 inchers in half for my frag tank ... any help would be great

I use my mitre saw with a 60 tooth carbide blade cutting it from the top down slowly, works great!

i don't have resources to that type of hardware lol is there anything else you can recommend ?

Hack saw??? lol... Dont use tin snips although a heavy duty pair of scissors might work... What kind of reflectors are they? Tech, Icecap, other? Aluminum? Surely someone you know has a mitre saw you can use for a minute... Bring them to me, Ill cut them for ya... :)

heavy duty pair of scissors ??? like the ones they use at home depot ?? ill just go walk in and ask to borrow a pair and cut what i need and leave lol


thanks for the offer but the drive would kill me lol ...

i have some Tek 2 reflectors than i have some glo ones i think im going to use the glow ones since they were cheaper plus they are a little wider .. im using 3 bulbs for the frag tank and one for the fuge

I cut thin metal with my dremel, youn can use mine if you don't make it to steves

thanks for the offer.... I'm going to see if Steve's available when i get out of class tomorrow (he is a few miles from my school )
