I have had a Yellow Eye Kole Tang for several years, but want to sell her now since I'm downsizing my tank. The fish is about 5 inches long and is obviously fully grown and adapted to aquarium living. It is completely omnivorous, not picky in the least, spending its days browsing algae off the rocks/glass. It has never known a day of sickness or disease. The only thing it seems to need is a vertical 'cave' in which to rest at night (i.e. a crevasse in the live rock big enough for it to fit into).

The Kole is about the smallest tang I know of, but still I'd say it needs at least a 55 gal tank to live in.

Please PM me or post a reply if interested or have questions. Asking $50. I live near 281 and Thousand Oaks. Thanks.

Hello Karl,

is this fish still available?
I have a 125g with a lot of rock and lots of algae (am feeding heavily for sun corals, chilis, mandarins, etc.).

How big of a cave does it need (inches). I have lots of caves but built it with smaller fish in mind
