another snail id

ive been looking everywhere with no luck one looks like a box/sundial kinda but these snail come out at night and are all over and no damage to any zoas or coral, second pic is kinda crappy i know but they are so small, brown shell in cone shape only see them on glsass, in that tank my snails are always laying eggs i have a couple turbos in there and nas snails in there

Looks like a baby turbo snail. I have them in my tank too. They don't hurt anything. If they bother you, there are some fish that will eat them, mainly six line wrasses and dwarf puffers.

Collonista Snails, aka “Mini-Turbos”: Harmless herbivorous grazers, mostly nocturnal, size of most hitchhiking species seems to top out at ~3mm or so but other species can get up to ~1/4". More info here (http://bb.wetwebmedia.com/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=242)

OOoooOoooo!! I love TONS of those Collonista Snails! Good stuff! I figured they weren't harmful. :) Cute little guys.

I also found out that I have a bunch of baby stomatella snails. Those guys are interesting looking. :) Tons of them come out at night and I offer them to anyone who wants free snails.

Asterina Starfish is pic #2 I believe.

thanks jim, i only see the mini turbos at nightand hundreds of them,the second pic is a snail for sure really tiny, brown cone shape shell, has two lil anteni, they mostly come out at night

I used to have those kind of snails also. I believed they were sundial and removed them all. I never had any turbo snails and those little ones multiplied like crazy. I reason I started removing them is because they were irritating my zoas. They would stay closed and I used to find them at the base of the zoas. That is just my 2cents and could be wrong. Good luck on your decision and just keep an eye on them I suggest.
