ATB PURPLE SICCE PINWHEEL

Has anyone one tryed the Atb purple pinwheel for the Sicce psk 2500 pump for there skimmer hows it compare to mesh moding with ENk flatback or Enkamat PF4 ?

Im using the small PPW on my HB800S with perfect results, no noise and immediate start ups... Blows the mesh mod away... Do it..

Paul28, what model of MSX do you have? I have an asm g2 with a sendra 500. If a Sicce pump would fit on mine I would love to change it out. I don't think the sendra is very efficient.

I have the MSX160 for my 120g 30g sump in my opinion its overrated for my tank this thing is a beast 3 layers of Flatback Ennkamat Mesh mod ,pulling 30 to 40 scfh off a air meter had to tone it down tho becuse of the body of the skimmer could not take that many bubbles 30 scfh is sweet spot i also had to cut the pipe on the skimmer to sopport all the air or the skimmer would over flow, but thay have come out with a better pump for skimmers i want to try if i ever get room in my sump for a bigger skimmer this pump is said to be better then the Sicce PSK-2500 http://www.marinesolutionsinc.com/catalog/Pumps/c25/p318/Askoll/Laguna-Max-Flo-1500/product_info.html

o yeh when i do my mesh mods i youse the 3 layers also i dont youse tiestraps i youse fishing line called spiderwire then i heat up the mesh so it bods together keeps the pimp running balenced and trim it only to the edges where it dosent hang off gives max performance but the pump wont start by it self hahaha it has to have air to start you half to blow in the air hose to get it going
