i would never order from zoanthids.com again. they were willing to give me credit for my frags but i am not willing to risk my reef again. it took me a long time to recover from the last order.

So, they finally got back to me, I have been trying to contact them for a week now.

They claimed that I have not fully backed their company with this thread because my first post of this thread basically says "Order at your own risk".

Whatever...

Anyways, they will be sending a PayPal invoice to each person to split the shipping.

$55 split 5 ways = $11. Once everyone has paid they will ship the order.

NOTE: I originally stated there would be free frags to raffle off. That will not be happening now. Sorry. They decided we are not ordering enough so no free frags.

I think some companies fail to realize that forums are like one of the number one, search engine indexers. They don't realize that feedback makes or breaks an online company.

Seriously. It's in Zoanthids.com best interest to complete this order with quality service and livestock as to not further disgust current customers or prevent new customers from taking a chance on them. If you google them for reviews they already show up all over the place from other forums with the same experience. This was and is an opportunity for them to change some of that.

Note: I'm still waiting for a reply from the email I sent Saturday with the status of closing this order and preparing for shipping.
