i picked up a free floating frag the other day turns out the were eagle eyes :) for 5 bucks cant complain. only problem is since they wernt attached to anything it is a small ball with zoas in all directions. should i try to but the ball in half and risk killing the zoas or can i throw the ball in my makeshift frag rack i made and place the eggcrate where i can get the ball on a piece of rock if that makes sense. will the ball eventually attach to the rock?

thanks for the help in advance

You can use Loctite Superglue GEL and glue them to a pc of live rock or frag plug/disc.

...i actualy just found some green ones like that about 1 hour ago in my sand...what i did was pull on it until you see where the mats meet.dab of glue and i use a super glue accelerator that works great. what may look like a ball of zoas may be just a mat that is curled inside itself...if that doesnt work try a tiny cup (like the measuring cup of an old robitussin, thats what i use) with some small rocks...cover the cup with bridal vail (place in a low flow area)and wait for them to stick. i do this if i find one or 2 single polyps just floating around my aquarium. then once there attated to small rock glue that small rock onto a bigger rock.

Super glue gel works great. U can attach them to a small piece of live rock.
