I'm looking at a 4' x 3' tank, 25" deep although I'm hoping for 31".
Currently I have four 36" HO T5 linked in two lamp pairs.
With the new tank I would like to hook two on one side, two on the left side. Cycled on first the right, an hour later the left, to be shut off in the reverse cycle.
Should I get a couple of MH for the center to be ran for a few hours during the day to simulate the noon day cycle?
Or should I purchase a few more sets (two lamp ballasts) to run about six more lamps through the center?
I was thinking the blue actinics on the right and left and the high intensity in the middle and then to cycle them on in what I hope to be a natural cycle controlled by my computer.
