Awesome! How long did that take? I'm trying to get some zoanthids to take off but it seems to be slow going.

major kudos on that....i have some shrooms spilling down one of my rocks in simialr fashion, they have yet to make it to the sand though.....really cool JimD

quick question kinda off but still on topic I WANT THAT lol...no but how often or a guestament on how long it takes for yellow polyops to grow like that

Its taken about two years to get this far, this occured as a result of removing the sandbed, I just let it do its thing........ TCT, good luck! Just leave them alone and it'll happen, got a pic?..... b2000, yellow polyps are really prolific, almost to the point of being a nuicence, it shouldnt tak any time at all... Massive flow and clean water doesnt hurt either.

sweet can't wait to see its my first coral in the tank so i am trying it out since they are hardy etc. they got the flow and water so i shall see if all goes well and they take off i will be giving some away for sure
