for sale forum posts?

do you have to have a minimum post count to post in the for sale forum? I have been a member for a while but only lurk. I am mostly on the dfwmas forums but since the 450 I'm selling has a smaller market I thought I would spread the word.

Please let me know the rules so I can get a post in there.
