Ok ready to part with the tank and the rest of my equipment. I have cleaned it and it is ready to go. I used true union ball valves and unions everywhere so taking it apart and putting it back together will be very easy.

The bottom plate is type sch. 80 pvc with 5 holes counter sunk for the close loop. Then the whole tank is eurobraced using 3/4" acrylic.
External Overflow 3/8" acrylic black sides clear bottom P.V.C. Type 1 Sch. 80 bottom 1" with holes custom milled to accept hayward hex nut bulkheads.
Rear panel has been C.N.C. machined to give a weir for overflow.
