yes they are all used. they are my personal ipods...only selling cause i just got a 32 gig touch. i can leave the music they have on them or i can erase them. sorry no pics but they are all in great shape with no scrathes on the screens. the touch and classic has the scuffs on the back just thats gonna be any ipod with that material on the back
