Looks as if I will be building a sump/fuge for my next tank. The current 55gallon won't fit under my new stand.
Where do you all get your acrylic here in San Antonio? I've looked at HD, but I think I will need more than just a couple of two foot sheets.

I get my acrylic from Regal.
I'm going to be starting my custom build for my new house next month. I'm stoked, it's gonna be sweet.

Hey ReefOne, is Regal located in Corpus? Thanks.
There is not one in Corpus. The nearest location would be in San Antonio.

It's minutes from Allied, so you could hit up both stores if one didn't have everything you needed.

So, there are a bunch of products on the Regal website. Which one would you use for aquarium/sump building? Thanks.

Cyro AcryliteFF Extruded Acrylic. Machines well, looks really good. That's all i use. Extruded is what you want to use for sumps. 1/4" minimum, that's what I recommend. Allows for a little mess up if your seams arent the best. Takes some practice. Plus you can micro-mesh and make the seams crystal clear. Be on the look out for my upcoming thread for my build. I'll take pics of everything as I progress in the build. HTH.
