Check out Texas Tropical @ 4034 Vance Jackson San Antonio, Tx 78213

They got a good shipment of Sps frags and an awsone long tentacle plate that is at least 4 in. across. They are open 10-5 tomorrow because of the holiday.

as a c.c. resident, my trips to s.a. are always scheduled around any time i can spend at either aquarium designs or b&b. both are sponsors and they have great setups and even better deals. personally, i would give either of them a try. i have purchased from both and luckily i still have everything i bought from both.

just my two cents.

i'll try texas tropical. i used to go there back in the day.

thanks

also i went to aquarium design when it first opened up. they didn't even have much stock at the time. it seemed to be a very nice place. nice to here they are still doing well. i'll swing by there too. (as well as b&b)

any other suggestions would be great. i need to plan my route out. i will actually be going to the stores friday on our way back out of town.

thanks again.

I like AD for stock and service. They have been busy expanding their store to accomadate more tanks, although I don't know why they bothered with more freshwater ;-).

BB had a sale last week as they are closing their fixed shop and going 'net based.

I was in AA the other day and they were out of all coral save two pieces... and a very large aptasia.

Gabes is pretty cool, small but the customer service is great and they offer weekend discounts of 25%.

Haven't been to any of the others, but I think I will give TT a shot today to see their operation.
