I recently moved into a house and currently have a 45 gallon tank. I've been considering getting a larger tank, 90 gallons would be good. :D
I was looking at a nice rectangular tank at River City Aquatics. It came with a canopy and a stand all for about 900 bucks. I'm not too sure of the brand. It started with an A. That's all I remember.
My current tank is an Oceanic Systems tank. I have a 150 watt metal halid above it with two actinics. If I got the tank with the canopy I'd have to figure out a way to mount the light figure in there.
What would be a good 90 gallon tank to get? Space is not a factor. I have a whole room dedicated to my aquarium.

You may want to ask around here for a used tank set up save you quite a bit of money lot of people looking to upgrade their systems..

just a little heads up but i would try to get your hands on something at least 24" wide. If you have yet to figure it out this is one of the main reason you will want to upgrade in the future.
You also might want to think about getting a DSA tank from RCA, really really nice tanks!

Me too. I like a long tank- 6 foot for swimming space and then 24 inches wide for more stuff like corals, live rock, reef-scaping and........yup, more swimming space!

Personally, I like having a deep water column. I'll be keeping my same rock structure and won't be getting more rocks anytime soon. The main reason for the upgrade is to double the volume of water that the fish have to swim in.
I've never been one for having lots of corals. I only get them for ornamental purposes and they are always the easy ones to care for. I'm much happier with lots of fishies. :D

Wow that's great. I have the larger version of that DSA aquarium. I love it. I hope you enjoy yours as well.
