HERE IS EVERYTHING. I HAD TROUBLE WITH THE SUMP... :) IM NOT TO GOOD WITH SILICONE. :D FIRST IS THE DRAIN AND SKIMMER THEN THE RETURN AND LAST THE FUGE, I HOPE I DID IT OK ENOUGH TO WORK. ILL FIND OUT TOMORROW.

that is awesome, i like it better than my rimless cube. yeah, i am sorta regretting the 1" acrylic on mine. i am sure yours is going to be a sweet tank.

if that is an acrylic sump, and it had a leak, silicone will not be a permanent fix. just keep you eyes on it...

It did not have a leak. I understand silicone will not hold the same as glass, but I guess ill find out... Ha I should have used the weld on stuff. Thx all for the great comments. Ill be keeping sps. And definitely a frogspawn. And hopefully some snowcassos. I'm on my way now to water test everything. Still gotta do some plumbing! Ill post some more pics today.

silicone will probably work ok for baffles since you will have water on both sides of them. just be carefull when you first fill it to fill on both sides of the baffle a little at a time so you dont put too much pressure on the baffle.

That's exactly what I did, I didn't want the water to push it and bow, and probably just rip off. It held water fine. I'm hoping it continues this way. I'm about to plumb and fill. Ill be back with pics!

WELL THE SUMPFAILED. SO I WENT AHEAD AND OREDERED GOOD THICK ACRYLIC PIECES AND GLUED THEM ON RIGHT THIS TIME :) ALL THE PUMPS ARE OFF IN THE PICTURES SO THATS NOT THE ACTUAL WATER LEVEL IN THE TANK. ITS WAY HIGH,I THINK IM GONNA GO AT THE TEETH WITH A DREMMEL SO THE WATER LEVEL DROPS, THAT WAY I HAVE ROOM TO MESS WITH THE TANK. :) ITS LOOKING GOOD SO FAR THOUGH, I MADE THE SUMP SO WHERE I HAVE MY DRAIN AND SKIMMER, THE SECOND ARE IS THE RETURN PUM WHICH IS TEED OFF INTO A THIRD CHAMBER GIVING FLOW TO MY REFUGIUM AREA :) I HOPE IT WORKS. I HAVE YET TO ADD CABINET DOORS TO THE STAND, MY SON GETS IN THERE AND STICKS HIS HANDS IN THE SUMP AND JUST SPLASHES WATER EVERYWHERE. :) HE IS IN THE PROCESS OF LEARNING TO WALK... WELL LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS THINK, IF I SHOULD ADD OR REMOVE OR DO DIFFERENT

gonna be hard to remove the mag without a union. ur gonna have to turn the mag until it comes off.

man that rock is gonna look awesome when you fill it up with corals and they grow out. totoka is the best.

oh and nice bonsai. one of the biggest 'frags' i've seen. usually they are cruddy little nubs. yes...i am jealous.

oh don't be. i was just wanting to be sure. and usually the flash bleaches out the colors, but those acros are bright. maybe just a fts without flash.

Well all is great, I replaced the true perc with a pair of picassos, the true perc was kind of aggressive towards em. One of my picassos jumped today, luckily it landed in my external overflow box and it ended up in my sump. :) he is ok. I just hope it doesn't shock him. Also I hope I don't have too much flow for them. I turned one powerhead per day on. I turned my last one on today. A k1 the others are 2 k nanos. Pics to come soon. :)
