I would love to see different pictures of everyones zoanthids. I'm a zoaholic and I dont plan on recovering anytime soon.

I had some Valentine Massacares that I got from Mike but my purple tang decided to eat them one day. :cry_smile:

I love the Zoas, bought 3 colonies and the first two just kind of shrunk in size and dissapeared. The third is holding it's own but not growing. I have no problems keeping my other corals: kenya tree, GSP, lobed brain, brain, torch, frogspawn, acans, pipe organ, and caps, all are growing and look great but zoas, they don't like me. What might I be doing wrong?

Well Jeremy @ B & B recommended Lugol's Solution from Brightwell Aquatics. I LOVE IT!!! I have not lost a zoa colony since!!! And they are reproducing turbo speed....

I also love my BamBams, PPE, and AOG. If I had to pick one though it would be Nuclear Greens...I love how bright they are under any type of lighting. That's the true test of a nice zoa or paly...can it hold it's own under straight 10k light.?!? I bet all of the zoas/palys mentioned in this thread do!

Oh, what I love about the Tubbs Blue Spiderman is as the polyp matures the blue covers the entire face. Unlike the common spiderman versions. The pic I posted is of the colony I got while it was still under Giau's care, juvenile polyps.
