I am planning a 2' x 2' LPS/Zoa frag tank using T-5 lighting. I will have four 24" bulbs to work with. I'm thinking Geismann. What combo. should I use to get great color and some growth?

Aqua Blue Special
Aqua Blue Plus

Both ATI and Geisemann make great bulbs

I use 75% actinic and 25% 10k in my lighting setup and in my opinion I have great color and growth. I have a 6 bulb set up. However I am sure that when its time to buy new bulbs I will probably go with grimreefers bulb suggestions. Im still setting up my 29tall that will have 4x24w t5 with 50/50. Depends on how deep the tank is. For zoas and LPS in a relatively shallow tank with good reflectors, they won't need a ton of par. I'd go with a combo of Ati and UVL bulbs.
Would consider. ATI blue plus (2), UVL 75/25, UVL actinic white. When you order bulbs, get 2-3 extra of different types so you can play around with it.

As far as the bulbs it all depends on what color scheme you like. I am running a 6 bulb configuration on IceCaps. I wanted a 14k look for my tank so i went with the following bulbs.

Aqua Blue Plus
Aqua Blue
KZ Fiji Purple
GE 75/25
Aqua Blue
Aqua Blue Plus

BTW, and it probably doesn't do you any good unless you come to SA often, but B&B is now carrying several different ATI and Geismann bulbs now.

Wow, after reading grimreefer, my lighting sucks. It is a Current Sundial T-5HO 4-bulb on a 75 gallon tank and didn't even make his good cheap light list. Time to get a new light.

Was it because it doesn't have the new ballasts and cooling system like the extreme pros? I got current extreme pro light 6x54 on my 55 and it works great.

Looks like the Current Sundial does not have 'parabolic individual reflectors' and looses a lot of light. Also, my lights (6 weeks old fixture) seem to work when they want to. Must be a short or ballast issue. One day all of the lights work, one only the 2 actinic, the next only the 2 white. I have replaced all of the bulbs, twice, once at B&B, one since taking it home. Bought it at B&B, they have promised to replace it but say they can't get a replacement. I called Current, 6 times, and they said it is the LFS's responsibility to replace it,
*sigh*

*Note* B&B sold it to me used saying the prior owner brought it back 'because it did not work', thus the 1st set of new lamps.
