im thinking of ordering this unit from yall but was wondering what else do i truly need ??? how hard is this to plumb in ??

The only other thing you'll need, is a way to tap into your home's plumbing. There are many ways to do this, and we have lots of fittings for this purpose. Have you thought about how you were going to do this? If not - call in and we can walk you through the options.
