We trimmed back several different of our soft corals over the weekend. All will be $5 frags.


Fuzzy mushrooms - GONE
(peach colored mushrooms with neon green tips)
These are the most hearty mushrooms I have ever encountered. They are fast growers.

Mint green palys - ONE FRAG LEFT - pending jthedges
Some describe these same palys as sky blue, all depends on your lighting. Also very fast growers and very hearty.

Cabbage Leather - ONE FRAG LEFT - pending jthedges
Peach-colored. Another fast grower! Frags are about 2" x 1" now but they are still angry and will be bigger when they relax.

Kenya trees - pending jthedges
Two stalks about 2" tall.

We sold the mushrooms that were in the best shape and what we have left are partial mushrooms. I am giving them a chance to recover in the fuge. (They will recover, trust me... you cannot kill these things even if you try!) Anything with potential will be brought to the meeting on Sunday.

Just noticed this thread. Been under the weather a bit and not online hardly at all if not working.
If you guys end up buying the 10 pack of those SS blades and want to split them let me know. I don't have a use for 10 blades myself but would like to get a couple.

Hey Cliff, Sorry you're not feeling well. You really can't use 10 blades? Really? Maybe Mike is right, maybe I do have issues with obsessively cleaning the glass... (shh, don't tell Mike I said he might be right!) :wink_smile:

Anyhow, we will be getting some more replacement blades soon for the EZ Blade and can hook you up with a couple if two is all you need.

I was hoping with the Stainless Steel that I wouldn't have to replace even one any time too soon. Then again I only have the little 58 gallon to clean now and only use the blade about once every two or three weeks.
