Looks like a brittle star of some kind... Pretty common hitch hiker. Good or bad depending on who you ask.. lol

Definitely a brittle star. I agree with JimD, some say they are good others claim they are bad. I found one in my tank a few years back and it was about 10" across. I lost some fish during the night, don't know if it was the star or a very large coral banded shrimp that I had. Got rid of both and no more fish disappeared at night.
