Nope. Last communication was that everything shipped as planned. You may want to contact them about the few you ordered late to see if they made the shipment.

Attention All: Zoanthids.com hooked me up for putting the order together so I picked up a WYSIWYG rock with blue zoas on it and had them break it up into 3 frags and bagged seperately for the drawing. They are pretty!!! Good luck everyone!

Anyone have an idea how I should mount my Clove Polyps? They weren't attached to a plug and there is not much of a base at all. Do I treat them like Xenia and just wedge them between two rocks until they take hold?

All but one of my frags opened. A couple of the frags had polyps that did not open too. The frags that did open look great and the colors are nice.

Mine are pretty much history.....no relation to Steve's disaster, mine were in a separate tank......Jennifer lost the Sunbursts.....and they were there Tuesday.

I am looking at other companies to organize the next Group Order....what would you prefer, a vendor that offers pics, that you may choose, or a combined order of one item and choose at pickup? Colin with Coralmorphalogic is still interested, or I have also spoke with Zoanuts, and Cherry Corals.....which are both Sponsors.

Bill, the second order was mainly placed because they issued large amounts of store credit from the first order. I had $96 in store credit myself and some of the other members had much larger amounts. We also had some new customers on this one and we were all hopefull.

We appreciate the quote Bill and your sensitivity to the subject, but it doesn't apply. We did something twice, NOT "Over and Over again"...that implys that it was 3+ times. We are also NOT insane, but thanks for sharing. (thought to self...should I put a smiley face here or maybe a "LOL"... so Bill doesn't think I'm mad at him?)

This order was a HUGE improvement from the first! It was evident that the effort to satisfy was put forth by Zoanthids.com but I don't suspect it was enough.

The main problem I see with this company is "fragging and shipping". You can't frag and then ship!!!

Cheri, for me personally, I want a vendor that shows pictures of what I'm ordering. I don't expect to see pictures of the frags but I do expect that the vendor is only offering inventory based on what is already fragged and not the assumption that he can make up to 10 frags of a particular coral.

Also, If it's a 5 polyp frag that I'm buying, then I expect 5 healthy polyps that have been healed and already starting to encrust or grow on the plug. Not, 2, 3 or even 4, if I paid for 5 polyps then I want 5 polyps!

I certainly understand the store credit thing, and using it. What puzzled me was that folks jumped in on the order POTENTIALLY (note - there's no accusation here) "throwing good money after bad". I can see taking a replacement order, but I'd want to see how that worked out before committing more money to them.

As you said, the problem is fragging the corals, and then immediately shipping. They need time to heal and get over the stress. Also, Zoas are toxic when fragged. Throwing them into a bag after cutting just doesn't make much sense to me.

I guess a better quote would have been "once bitten, twice shy". Can I stuff any more in this post?

no spiders on mine, both are doing fine even doubled the polyps on the frag from first order ,and 3 new ones on the second frag. i did loose one frag from the first order
