Coralife UV Sterilizer

So I purchased a Coralife UV Sterilizer 3X Turbo Twist 9 Watt about 8 months ago from Marine Depot and found out how cheap the plastic is tonight. Water everywhere! The inlet sheared off from the body. :angry:I will call Marine Depot tomorrow, it suppose to be backed by a year warranty. I hope someone will replace it.

Sorry to hear about that, Jason. Personally, I don't buy anything made by ESU - the parent of Coralife (and now the parent of Oceanic). I've never had a decent product from them - all cheap.

I guess I should clarify this - as I own an Oceanic tank, and it's a great tank. It was built before ESU bought them - so I can't say about the current quality.

Just got off the phone with someone at coralife and they were very helpful. My new unit is in the mail.

So I got my new part free of charge today. I'm always happy with good customer service but disappointed in cheap parts. For now the problem is solved...
