:confused:looking to trade this coral i can't seem to do well with these in my care. so would like to trade it off and not kill it. its either Turbinaria sp. or Montipora Nodosa i can't tell which it is because i can't get it to bloom. sorry for the fuzzy pic will get a better one very soon its about 2 to 2.5 inches wide rock its on is palm size. i got it about two months ago at Fintique for about 35 bucks. in the big pic i had it on the top right hand of the tank. let me know if you would like to trade i don't want this to die. i can't live with its blood on my hands.....

any help on how to get it to bloom? i use coralvite, iodide, phytoplex, and marine snow. i also use trace eliment blocks and still get nothing from it. moved it all over the tank up and down. got it to bloom once but since then nothing. and i missing something?

I had a real nice one of these once and if I remember correctly it loved pretty decent waterflow, but not direct water flow. I didn't see any flow devices except the HOB. Try adding a koralia or 2, point them at each other to add some random flow.

Whats your Nitrate/Ammonia levels? Phyto can build up in the water and cause serious problems if not removed via regular water changes and a good skimmer. Stop with the trace elements and persue a more natural approach.. Looks like a Pagota to me, those are typicly pretty hardy.. What else is in the tank? How long has it been set up? Looks fairly new..

its an old tank over a year, well old to me. going on two years now. i have polys. shrooms and about 15 fish currently moving stuff over to a 125.trying to get the fuge going tomorrow. on the 125 i have a fulval 405 and about to move the hang on the back over till i get the fuge up and running

got it to kinda bloom but not fully th new tank has more water flow on it. going to sent up the fuge very soon hopefully that will work better for it.
