I have a Kole, Purple, Sailfin, and Powder Blue. All are getting along really well. The Kole was first in, followed shortly thereafter by the Sailfin, then Purple and last the Powder Blue.

I under stand but if you add all the fish at the same time, they adjust better or re-arrange the landscaping to throw the others off. I added the Blue Hippo 2 days before the other because they are so timid and it worked great. Then I added all the others and the Hippo showed them it was her tank. LMK if I can be of help.

You don't have to have 6" fish, start small and wnhen they are too big trade them back for smaller fish.

I had a purple and a yellow together several years ago in a 75. A little rough the first day but they learned to get along.

We have a purple tang he's been great with the others. It was the 3rd one in the tank when we set it up. Here is their order..

Blue Hippo
Powder Blue
Purple & Achillies Tang (together) Achillies now past on! :( (ich)
Sohal

We have been very fortunate to not have any disagreements with our tangs. Only the 1st day after that everything is back to normal.

We do have a yellow but he was/is too small to introduce to the rest so we put him in our 75 gal. I didnt want him to get hurt. And didnt want to take the chance..

I have a yellow, purple, powder blue, hippo, and vlamingi tang. The purple and yellow were 1st in. I would just add each other tang with the lights off and kept them off for at least a day.

We had a purple and a yellow as our only tangs in our 100g. The yellow had been there for two or three months before we added the purple and was sure that he was boss. They definitely scrapped for a while. We put a piece of egg crate to divide the tank into two halves and separated them for about a week. They eventually learned to play nice. Hope that helps.

Plus, the powder blue will end up being the most dominant of those tangs and will chase both of them.

well i know the powder blue will be the smallest just because that's what they usually get so will see how they end up ....

It was rough the first couple of days, but it was always the yellow tang being aggressive. I moved to a little larger tank and no more problems.

I think you'll find that first they'll be territorial and find their own place. Then eventually they will start hanging out together, hitting the bars, staying out late. All that good stuff.

Don't forget about the option of the egg crate divider. Totally worked and ours were scrapping pretty seriously.

I've always had a Powder Blue/Purple combo, any more tangs than that take up too much swimming room but then I really don't like fish all that much...
