I absolutely love this chalice I got. I have some of the LE chalices and this is my favorite. It appears extremely similar to the "Future Tyree LE Orange Cush" for sale at World Wide Corals (see below for the comparison). I do not have lineage so I am asking for some help in giving this badboy a name...so please throw them out there.

..and now for comparison here is the Tyree Future Limited Edition Orange Cush from the WWC website. The same coral?

I guess the pink eye with the surrounding blue is what threw me off. So many of them look alike. Just a question and i am not trying to be a smarty, but why would it be called an orange crush. Is the eye orange and just misrepresented as pink in the photos?

Hmm. I think it needs to be in my tank, so I can look at it, before rendering a decision.

I think the eyes are more orange than pink. Darn point and shoot camera.

Hi all. I am the founder of the Orange Kush Chalice. Victor from World Wide Corals bought 4 frags from me at SW-CFM. Yours looks real close to the real deal. I also have a imposter look-a-like to the O.C.

The O.C. grows almost like a mycidum, but straight up and not domed. Each eye hill is roughly 1/2" big. There are also no eyes outside of each coralite. My imposter looks just like yours with tons of eyes everywhere with the same coloration. Great coral no less. A+++ on the photos also. I hope to make the Dallas CFM and meet all you great folks.

Thanks Jason

Great to hear from you Jason. I really love this chalice. Definately one of my favorites. I spoke with Victor from WWC regarding this piece. He purchased the other half of the chalice I have. As you know he has the Orange Cush. He said he was unable to tell any diffrence between the two but it sounds like ours has more eyes according to what you are saying. I have been calling it the Stardust Blue Watermelon. Thanks Texreefer!
