looking for a controller to monitor and control pH, temp, lights, etc. Any suggestions regarding buying one new would also be appreciated.

While I am not selling mine, a new MAAST sponser Cherry Corals is selling the GHL Profilux II Controllers. They will do anything the you would need to monitor or control. You very rarely see them for sale on RC and when they are thye are gone fast.
