Sump/Fuge Light

Can some please direct me to a thread about a sump/fuge clip light. I remember seeing something on here before but can't find the thread/link.

Not sure where it is, but I've read/use a 6500k daylight bulb from HD. It's the best, I've read, for refug lights. Promotes lots of macro algae growth. I'll find it later for yea.
