It's a social networking website where you can follow other people or companies and get live feeds of info, articles, and other resources.

for those that dont know you can also view maast with an RSS reader (shows the newest posts)

just add this link: http://maast.org/forums/external.php?type=rss2 to your favorite RSS news reader
