Minutes:

I. Appointment of Secretary: Anthony Pedroza - majority votes yes - motion carries

II. Banking:

A. BOD vote for removal of Christopher B. Pugh and William Blake from Checking Account and Savings Account. Majority votes yes - motion carries

B. BOD vote to add Steve Byrd (President) to Checking Account and Savings Account. Majority votes yes - motion carries. Steve will need to go to Bank for signature.
Treasurer Sherri Ancira to remain on both Accounts.

C. Sherri to take copy of BOD minutes to SSFCU

D. Approval to order checks and deposit book - current supply is low

E. Check on different options from $1,500 limit on Checking Account to prevent monthly service charge.

F. Finances as of 2/15/2009:

III. TMAC

A. March 21, 2009 at San Marcos Convention Center 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

B. Sponsorship Booths taken out of 30 available - $250.00 per Booth:

C. All booths come with electricity, table and 2 chairs. All booths will come with curtain separation.

D. Name Tags - aggman (Alex) to check on pricing. Name tags will be picked up at door for prepaid attendance. Sherri has label maker. Will need to purchase "clear" label tape.
