BOD Minutes
Members in Attendance:

I. F/S Forum: 50 post minimum to post in the FS section
II. Unhappy members: Deal with them in the normal fashion. If they do not like policies, take it to a vote.
Off topic posts should be deleted, warnings given to off-topic posters. One BOD/Mod to a thread.
III. Policy on Ebay/Craigslist/3rd party FS sites; Leave policy as is, no linking at all. Links to other aquaria websites in a FS post are OK.
IV. MACNA: Start putting together outline, committees, etc. Steve to talk to Atlanta, NJ, MARSH for outline help
V. BOD meeting attendance: Look at past BOD meeting minutes, issue notices to BOD members having missed two meeting or more.
Look at membership for possible new BOD candidates, possibly put candidates on committees or make them Mods.
VI. Find possible help for Sheri and Treasurer duties (Cheri?)
VII. Sponsor donations: Need a physical list of what was donated, and when
