Minutes Read from May 22nd, 2005 Meeting at Misti Thueson's.
III. FINANCIAL UPDATE as of 7/22/05:
a. Checking Acct. Balance: $1,595.46
b. Savings Acct. Balance: $8,706.35
c. PayPal Acct. Balance: $191.57
d. Membership Dues: $25.00 Pending in PayPal
e. Raffles: $265 (June Meeting @ RobertG's - Austin)
f. Donations: $ 0
g. Funds Spent 7/25/05: $56.51 (Business Cards)
h. Refunds: $441.00 ($350.00 Gator) ($91.00 Wolf Reef)
i. Misc.: Transfer of $700 needs to be made from Savings to Checking Acct.
IV. MEMBERSHIP UPDATE (New Charter Members Added)
a. 9 New Members for June/July (including new PayPal pending)
b. Total Paid 2005 Charter Members to date: 137
V. UNFINISHED BUSINESS & PREVIOUS ISSUES
a. Taxes - Blake to work on (Possibly list theft actions for this year?)
b. Non Profit Status (Cannot do until taxes situated)
c. By Laws (BOD as whole covered complete set of By Laws and made revisions/updates - Pete will finalize, post & get final approval from BOD's - posting to Charter Members for 1 week?)

2. Corpus Christi trip - no Hotel info available - arrange to meet at location for Jetties collection - need Schedule of Events?

XI.. NEW ISSUES
a. Sherri will be in charge of mailing out new membership cards to new Charter Members upon payment/adding to Member database.
b. Need shopping trip to Office Depot to obtain laminator, envelopes - need stamps also.
c. Upgrading Site - Chris suggestion that we go with Power VPS Host $49.95 mo - will require more Administration work. Website itself will not change that much. BOD's consider Joshua a possible help if host changed. Chris will talk with Joshua - can offer paid Charter Membership.
d. Donnie (don-n-sa) can be included in BOD Meetings as he heads Meetings Committee - should be involved.

a. Joshua back as Moderator in addition to Chris & Pete - Unanimous vote YES (Chris to talk with Joshua)
