B. Agreed on getting Checking Account for tracking purposes - email approval up to $500 - over $500 approval of Pres. or VP
C. Security Service - Operating Fund
D. Petty Cash $55
E. 2/3 Majority Vote needed
III. Quarterly Newsletter / Tank of the Month
A. Committee needed for Newsletter
B. Jim Norris to head committee for Pic taking
C. Paid members & sponsor only on circulation of newsletter
D. Discussed differences between digital and actual printing
1. Adam has connections thru Kinkos for printing route
2. Digital route less expensive vs. printing costs/postage (66 pd members)
