Is that a dual beckett, been a while since i have seen those.. Is it for your tank?

yep, it is a dual beckett but not for my tank, i built it for someone else. it is probably capable of a 1000 gallon or more system.

Yup, easily... Normally you see those for commercial setups, whoever you made it for must have a monster tank. Just out of curiosity, what type of pump would you use for that skimmer. How many gallons per hour or so?

Also, shouldnt it have some type of valve to regulate the height of the bubble/water column?

yep - it is for a local shop. he is going to run it with a 2000 gph pressure rated pump, and he is adding a ball valve on the drain when he plumbs it in.

Nice!!!! I might have some questions for you later on drilling my tank for a closed, dont want to hijack this so I will start another thread later. But congrats as always on your amazing DIY stuff, that thing is going to pull out some serious gunk.

theres not much you cant build. Ever thought about custom cars? with fish tanks? Sick setup, I have been watching all mods on your tank. Impressive
