What are these?

Can someone tell me what these are called and if they are good to have, cause their popping up all over my tank. Sorry a the picture (cheap camera).

I used Joe Juice and a syringe, worked great. I tried peppermint shrimp but they only ate the atapsia (sp?).

Peppermint shrimp do a great job of getting rid of them as well.

The peppermint shrimp probably wont eat the big ones, but i'm not sure about that. i had aptasia and another little cousin of an anenome and my copperband butterfly and peppermint shrimp combo really kept thoes at bay. never saw one of either of them again after I killed all the big ones with lemonjuice and a syringe, some of the rocks with them i nuked though.

i got a bunch of live rock that was covered in them i used aptesiax and they died in seconds
