any other places they can recommend. if the weather is good ill probably run out to the rigs
and bring a screwdriver and a goody bag and fins, mask and snorkel and see what i can scrape off. i have a 8 mil wetsuit for those of you that are goin BRRRRR.
any help would be great.. also i heard there are some wrecks 2-3 miles out if anyone knows the lat and long for those.

can you move in a 8 mil suit? The water temp is around 65, 8 mil may be a bit much!!

I'm free this weekend, and it's pretty easy to get stuff at the jetties. I'd welcome the chance to get a bit offshore, though. Just gimme a shout at (269)718-9731.

man what weekend..the weather kept us in the bays and around the jetties.
yes you can move in an 8mil. i have had this one for around 5 yrs now and its wonderful.
its a two piece which helps.
the list of stuff we caught..
1 small puffer
1 small angler fish about 1/4 inch in size he kinda disappeared in the tank but pops
up every now and then.
1 small pipe fish for the fuge (i know i know...) its just there because the fuge has slow water flow and i dont have my wife's nano set up yet.
1 blenny
several small peppermint shrimp
and 5 snails.
were gonna go again when the weather gets a little better.

bad things that happened....
tube that feeds oil from the resiviour to the lower unit came off and put salt water in
the gear case so that will have to be flushed and new oil and seal kit.....500.00 im sure
on a alpha 1 drive. so the cost of those "free" fish just went up!!
we did have a good time though mmmmmm swiss mushroom burgers at FINS and mud bugs at the CRAZY CAJUN .... and dont for get breakfast at TAQUARIA JALISCO...
the weather didnt play nice from Fog where we had 100 yds of vis to alittle rain and 4FT swells in a 23ft boat was a little much. so we stayed in the bays an did some fishin.
to which my wife caught the biggest sheepshead i have ever seen. atleast 24inches and
yes i have pictures...lol ill post them later.
i have all your phone numbers so ill give ya a call before i go down to Port A again!

there are various small, colorful fish along the north jetties. Take the boat over there for the day.
