A month or two ago i saw hundreds of the little starfish looking ones. Havnt seen them again until this morning when I took this pic. As for the other ones that look like tiny snails without shells, its my first time seeing them. I have noticed that all my snails have been laying eggs like crazy recently for some reason, I'm doubting that this is what these guys are. Does anyone know? Here's a pic:

Here's a refrence pic for size, that is a maxijet 1200 and a medium size chromi. they are all behind the culprits, which are on the glass of course so they are even smaller than they appear. Thanks a lot!

I dont have a magnifying glass, which i wish i did, but when i look really close at the blob snail looking things I think I can see several little white balls that make up the centeral white part of the blob. What kind of egg sac would these be if they are egg's?

The egg sacks sound like snail eggs. I had some nasarrious snails that would lay eggs like mad. The star fish looking things are harmless. I can't remember what they are precisely right now, but they aren't anything to worry about. My tank used to be rife with them.

Thanks a lot guys, They dont look like flatworms thank god. I have a lot of cerith snails eggs in the tank, they are in little zig zaggy trails, so I figured these must be the nassissures or turbo snails. Is there any hope of any of these eggs hatching? Mabe are they collinista snail eggs? At one time i saw hundreds of the star type things on the glass, I never noticed anything else after them, I just wiped them off with the magnet really quick and they were gone. I'll do a search on Hydroids and see what I'm working with. You guys rock, keep up the good helpful efforts! :)

Hmm, I cant see any picture of what I think thoes are. But if a hydroid is in close relation to an anenome just like aptasia is, I used to have a lot of small anenome looking flower clusters with red mouths in teh center, the tenticles were clearish and the tops of the tenticles were white like little wild flowers. they were very small and pretty but I could tell each of them packed a sting just by looking at them. Mabe they are trying to reproduce again. I hope not I got rid of most all of them when I changed tanks, then with my copperband butterfly and the rock boiling i knocked it and the aptasia down to nearly nothing. Ohh well if thats what it is then i'll find out. Thanks!

The star looking things are hydroids, they aren't bad. They appear one day and then all of a sudden you don't see them anymore. I have a cool video of it under my stereoscope.
