Help with e ballast

Will this ballast rum either double end and single end bulbs?

BTW, I have single end bulbs that I am running off of a mag balist now, how much energy drop is there with e-ballast?:confused:

No, this is not an HQI ballast. It may fire up some double ended but is not intended nor ideal to be used for HQI bulbs. It is intended for mogul lamps.
