That CBB is just stunning. Great start... can't wait to see it develop further!

Is that a Medusa dual stage temp controller in the last pic? Didn't know they were still in business. Looks like a nice setup so far.

Ruben,
You think the skimmer is overkill that chiller is as big as the tank. I thought about getting the 160 but nobody had them in stock and the 200 was only a few $$ more. Plus if I ever decide to go larger again I'm setup for it. Really like the lights so far. Couldn't believe how bright they actually are when I first put them on considering the wattage. May play with bulbs a little down the road as right now they are 3 URI actinic whites, and 2 URI super actinics.

Kristy,
Picked up the CBB Saturday at B&B. I wanted to get him in first so he might be a little more aggressive when putting new things in. Plus a better chance for him to survive without something picking on it.

Cory,
Yep, I have another one that doesn't work but keeping it for parts. Last I looked online I could still get one but that was a couple of years ago.

Donnie,
No!

Still a work in progress, but getting there slowly. I have that Maxi mod on a wave maker along with a regular one that's just pushing water behind the rocks. So far working great.

That is a good looking tank. Tell us more about it. I am guessing that it came from don-n-sa.

Sweet Cliff! What's that stripy fish? I think I remember having some of those, but mine were kind of rotted away and laying on the bottom....on their sides! LOL

YGPM too. :)

Hey Cliff, how's your CBB doing?

I watched one for 2 weeks at B&B, it was eating, healthy etc.

It made it 3 days in my new "tank of death for fish". He was even eating last night and dead this morning. Corals easy for me, fish....not!

Todd, that's typical of CBBs - did you dip it for flukes? As I remember, that was what CB Pets did with theirs, and why they did so well.

I "dipped it" in my tank. :) I think this is #8 or #9 on CBB for me over the years. From CBP and others. I want one SO bad, but am about to give up on them unless I can get one from someone breaking a tank down.

What did they dip them in Bill?
