I had a crazy idea to try and sell the tank and changed my mind about a couple weeks later. I would have ended up buying another tank eventually anyways!! Im redoing the aquascape and corals I reused a really show piece of tonga along with with couple nice branches of tonga. It looks like i used plastic rod! (im scared of using it I have already heard horror stories) also picked up a really nice bi color chromis and added a few small sps frags to get it started

:hypnotyized:

SPECS:

solana 34 gal cUbe 20x20x20 w/SAND
solana nova eXtreme PRO 6 bulb t5HO
Deltec MCE300
JBJ ATO
2 TUNZE 6025
Phosban reactor run roWaphos
I removed the refugium area this time around I did not notice any difference with it and did not want to have any extra heat from the light.

I've used the acrylic rod and so far so good. No timber, as you joked. The rod is pretty sturdy, as long as it is anchored right. IMO Can't wait to see pics!!!

haha im sure plastic rod works but im sure it has its limits before it breaks especially if not made correctly im guessing thats why a few of them have had problems. crazy angles stuff like that. I was going to go with the aragocrete way but it seems like alot of work. I got a really cool angle using one sold chunk of tonga

I have the same tank and I'm currenty having issues with the skimmer giving me micro bubbles. Also the stand door sucks. When I put it together the screws broke off at the head. Anyways nice tank.

That pic of the skimmer looked familiar, i saw for sale on RC. You go by solana34 out there lol. Its a good thing you decided to keep the tank, solanas are very nice tanks. Good luck with the tank
