72" Solaris PFO Light

I recently purchased this light on Ebay. However, it was not made apparent the power supplies were not included with my purchase. I have been trying to contact the company but have not been able to get in contact with anyone.

Does anyone know where I might be able to purchase the power supplies myself and avoid dealing with the company directly?

Contact the Mfg, it may still be under warranty.

I have been trying to contact them for almost 2 weeks with no luck. Are there any stores in the Austin area you know of that sell these lights?

you bought $3000 lights and they didn't come with power supplies? bummer. I will look around for some back door numbers and see waht I come up with. You can track down the phone number that the site is billed to with the IP address sometimes. Maybe it is an alternative #.

How could the power supplies NOT be included - that's nuts. PFO is a quality company, but these lights are kicking their tails - in particular the power supplies. You might also try reefcentral, 'cause there are some users there.

It sure what number you are calling, but when I was looking at that light and the AI, I spoke with them several times.

I suspect that the reason you got a deal on e-bay is the owner got tired of the power supply issue. I understand that PFO has change their power supplies, I do not know if they are better or not.

It was a common issues with theses lights, you have a power draw from supplies are not really made to run 24/7.

As for the numbers I have tried everyone I have come across on their website. I don't really know what else to do. Does anyone know a PFO wholesaler that I can contact?
