I have had a bicolor angel fish for less than 2 weeks. Today it started lying on its side in the sand bed, breathing faster, and not really moving otherwise. not responding to food, except to flip over probably to shake pieces off.

Anything thing I should do?

So far as I know there isn't much i could do that probably wouldn't make things worse. Parameters are fine, other fish and corals are happy, no one bothers it (largest fish in tank).
I've heard they can suffer from poor collection practices. Also prone to ich/velvet. Or it could just be not eating enough, I can't tell if the stomach is pinched or not. Maybe a little bit.

Likely too late at this point. I CAN tell you that angels will be the first to suffer from low O2 levels. Make sure you have plenty of circulation.

well, the fish has passed on (was 2 days within live aquaria money back guarantee). But I've added my canister filter back to the system with new media, and put another small powerhead behind the rocks; so circulation should be excellent for the small tank.

Can never have too much O2 as far as Im concerned... One of many reasons to have a decent skimmer.

I have an aquac remora hot skimmer. So it's pretty good for a nonsump 30 gal tank. Plus 2 koralias and hot fuge. So hopefully that's enough airation

Hmmm that kinda like hot fudge. Haha

should be enough, I think the powerheads will really help too.
