so I buy a new return pump and it shows up yesterday. I open the box and the whole impeller cover was mashed in and broken. I should just start ordering two of everything so I get something that works.. anyway amazingly now aquacave won't answer emails or phone calls.. go figure.. just have to laugh

I wouldnt be laughing... Customer service is one of the most important aspects of todays consumer based economy. If you buy a product, the supplier should stand by that product.

Yeah, they broke my Extreme 300 too, but i was manage to fix it myself. My last order went to some other Asian guy in Houston and i got his. We manage to worked it out between our self. I don't order from them anymore even though the $4.95 shipping is look tempting.

I agree, if you read my two threads over the past year and seen what all I have dealt with,, all you can do is laugh at this,, however, they WILL make it right.

I like the way you did your reef islands, pacificeastaquaculture is selling them and they call it "piece of the reef". That gives me another idea
