I know it is an anthias, but not sure what kind. It is turning into the bully of my tank.

The fish seems pretty agressive in chasing other fish (especially my green chromis) away (yet leaves my clowns and cardinals alone), but I have not seen it actually nip or touchthe other fish. Is this normal tank behaviour?

Yes that is normal in my tank , they switched role back and forth.
