I am going to try another salt and I need some feedback on a good salt to use on a sps dominant tank. Currently I am using red pro coral it seems ok but It has been the only salt I have ever used.
I have seen really nice tanks using regular Instant ocean

I use tropic Marin and instant ocean at times. Coralife seems to be rich in calcium

I used IO, but you never going to get a straight answer on this one. All RC past TOTM winners are using all different brands too.

HW Marinemix, it's got electrolytes!!!

Seriously, it's a good salt that mixes very high in alk and Ca levels. Little pricey and I don't know of anyone in SA that carries it.

Oceanic. The stuff is awesome.

Oceanic is good and the container really keeps moisture out. I switch between oceanic and kent salt.

I've read before that (trying to find the link) IO has been linked to cyanobacteria. I bought a bag of reef crystal's because alot of veterans use it. This stuff does NOT clump. So much so that I am convinced its packed full of silica.

When I had my 24 NC I used IO, then I switched to Oceanic due to local availability at the time.

When I setup my Finnex I plan to make the switch to Reef Crystals. Everyone seems to like RC, I might as well give them a try.
