Fish Food

Can someone post a link or two to a recipe for some primo homemade fish food? I used to have some but they seem to have disappeared... Thanks

1.buy the h.e.b seafood medely and grind it in a blender
2. thaw a half package of mysis, brine shrimp, a couple of silversides, and whatever frozen fish foods you can get. also add garlic oil and any dried foods including cyclopeeze.
3. add 2 sheets of nori
4. add all together until size of food you like, and then put it into 1 gl. ziplock bags. lay it flat in the freezer and break off pieces as you need it.
